Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hallmark Formulations Pharmaceuticals, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure the highest quality standards in our products. However, in case of any issues with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to safety and hygiene concerns, opened or partially used pharmaceutical products cannot be returned.


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 working days of receiving the order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details, invoice number, and a description (or images) of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refund Process (When Applicable)

If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days


6. Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
  • Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

7. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

  • Replacement requests will be processed under the same eligibility criteria as returns.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products without original packaging or invoice.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless defective).
